If your children are anything like mine, there is always a struggle to get them to bed. I have been looking around for tips and found some. These might help you too.
1. Give them a warm bath before bed. A calming bubble bath can help. I like to use a lavender scented bubble bath like California Baby Calming bath. It’s natural without any chemicals.
2. Give them a cup of warm chamomile tea. There are organic bedtime teas on the market that are aimed for children.
3. Read them a story before bed
4. Use a night light in the hall.
