Review of the GoodonYa bars

The wonderful people at GoodonYa recently sent me samples of their protein bars. I was sent 3 different flavors. Peanut Butter Honey, Peanut Butter Chocolate, and Breakfast Bar. First I should tell you that the bars are organic, they have low sugar, no dairy, no lecithin, no soy, No GMO, high protein and 45% raw. They are only 273 calories and the peanut butter chocolate has 3.3 grams of fiber, peanut butter honey has 3.4 grams and the breakfast bar has 6.0 grams of fiber. There are no fillers like other bars. I tried all 3 flavors and absolutely love them. I’m not one to go crazy about bars but these are delicious. These are great to keep in your purse for when you get hungry and not get tempted to eat some junk food. I let me sister have a piece and she loved them too. She is an “expert” on bars and she is pretty picky. I highly recommend these bars. My favorite is the peanut butter honey. You can check them out at www.thegoodonyabar.com
