Kale Chips

Kale chips are a great way to introduce your child to Kale. A great alternative to chips. Kale is full of Vitamin A and C, plus a good source of calcium and fiber.

ingredients:
Kale
olive oil, parmesan or asiago or seasoning of your choice
sea salt

Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Tear the leaves off the thick stems into bite size pieces. Spread the pieces onto a cookie sheet. Drizzle with about 2 Tsp of olive oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan or asiago or seasonings of your choice. Add a dash of sea salt. Bake for about 15 minutes, until edges are brown and kale is crispy when moved. Enjoy plain or with your favorite dip
